Coldwell Banker Advantage Real Estate is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Jay as President of Triad Marketplace. Kevin brings to the position a wealth of knowledge, deep care for his Realtors® and their clients, and an array of experiences essential for the real estate firm’s new business model. The position is effective immediately.

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker in 2014 as a Realtor® and quickly rising to the role of Broker-In-Charge one year later, Kevin amassed 20 years of public assembly and service management experience. His success as a Broker-In-Charge has lead many of his agents and colleagues to view Kevin as an expert in mentoring, coaching, and business development strategies forged from the beginning of his real estate career in 2010.

“Kevin is an engaged and experienced leader who brings insight, vision, and an acute ability to execute on behalf of his agents,” said Gary Rabon, CEO of Coldwell Banker Advantage. “Under his leadership, we will position Coldwell Banker Advantage as the Triad’s leading real estate
services firm that will provide our Realtors® an enhanced approach to the business, which will help them grow their success while also providing greater service to their clients in new and unique ways.”

"I am honored to lead Coldwell Banker Advantage in our Triad marketplace", said Kevin. "I have come to know Coldwell Banker Advantage’s team and their commitment to providing tremendous support, resources and personalized business development to our agents, allowing them to always provide the very best service to their clients." Kevin went further to share, “We focus a great deal of our attention on agent development and growth. We serve as business incubators to the individual and team models, providing for maximum business success opportunities throughout the various stages of our agents careers."

Kevin will continue to serve as Broker-In-Charge for Coldwell Banker Advantage’s High Point office as he rolls out Coldwell Banker’s business model with the support of the Coldwell Banker Advantage’s entire team.
