RALEIGH, N.C. (August 27, 2019) – Coldwell Banker Advantage, a market leader in North Carolina’s Triangle Region, today announced the addition of the Redefined Real Estate Team to the firm. The newly formed five agent team, which serves clients across eight counties in the Greater Raleigh-Durham metro area, would have qualified as one of the top teams in the nation according to REAL Trends.

“We believe Coldwell Banker Advantage provides area real estate teams with a unique opportunity to grow,” said Gary Rabon, President and CEO of Coldwell Banker Advantage. “These five agents, who are all outstanding in their own right, wanted to come together and utilize their combined skill sets to empower each other. We are both thrilled and humbled that the members of the Redefined Real Estate Team chose to join Coldwell Banker Advantage and we look forward to helping them continue to provide outstanding service to their clients.”

Coldwell Banker Advantage, with 13 offices throughout the Triangle Region is well-positioned for continued growth. According to the US Census Bureau, the Raleigh metropolitan area, which consists of 1.4 million people in Wake, Johnston and Franklin counties, grew more than 20 percent in population from 2010 to 2018.

The Redefined Real Estate Team departs from traditional real estate team structures, which typically segment specific responsibilities to each team member. Instead, the newest team to join Coldwell Banker Advantage will tap into the collective talents and expertise of the team to impart higher levels of service and value to the team’s clients. From mortgage expertise and real estate investing savvy, to connections with developers and builders along with deep local insights and community connections, the Redefined Real Estate Team is perfectly positioned to support a wide variety of buyers and sellers with a highly personalized experience.

“After successful careers as high-performing individual sales associates, we were looking for a way to elevate our careers. Forming a collaborative team not only brought us all to the next level professionally, it also allowed us to bring new levels of service to the people we have the privilege of working with to achieve their home ownership dreams,” said Karl Zellman, on behalf of the entire team.
